What needs to happen to swain for him to be good?

For starters, move speed buff just bring it up to normal speeds becuase its below average at the moment and it really fucks him over. Then with a few W changes he could be a vaiable pick , like remove the absured -50% damage to minions , god it does my head in when 35mins in to a game i cant clear even the casters out with a single W . and then give his W double damage to champs back, and mabye a slightly faster cast time VERY slight , his is so hard to it that when u do manage to hit it u should be rewarded for doing so . His ult also needs work it just straight up needs damage buff to healing and siphon. every thing els is fine i think
