Talking about Dc's in ranked games

Well, for my past ranked games, about 1 in every 3 games i experience a dc or an afk for a majority of the game, which just screws me over because 80% of the time those games are pretty much impossible to win. I think if you lose a ranked game with an afk or a dc who was afk or dc'ed for most of the match, then it should be a lost prevented or maybe even you just lose half the points you normally would. At the state I'm in with all the afk's and dc's I'm getting, its super super hard to climb.
