I believe that warwick is wayyyyy too slow. He definately needs a movement speed buff. Thoughts?

Blood scent increases your movement speed.

Warwick's ult is a gap closer.

If you have ulted, and cant get them below 50% to stick on them, then you are playing wrong.

Eff-to-the-NO. If he was any faster he would be a literal actual nightmare and I think I would stop playing this game. I second what the commenters above me have said. He does not need to be any faster than he is. If you think he needs more MS then buy item 1306 or item 1329 .
