idc, im pretty sure many of us can agree his passive is annoying to deal with as well has his targeted ult. Also dieing to a DOT can be frustrating. Also viktor and swain have a very low play rate and viktor and vlad really aren't that strong so banning them doesn't make sense as being a higher priority.

None of these champs have spellsheild + damage immunity on their passives.
Malz still has a 57% winrate......
Plus he's unfun to play against.
Well... Malz does have the highest win rate for a mid laner in higher elo NA.
Champion bans shouldnt be based off the pro scene if youre not playing at diamond 1+ or in a pro game. Champions such as Volibear and Blitzcrank are solid bans that plat and under should be banning honestly.
As "Best Valor NA" says, people ban champions due to the frustration they cause and not how OP they are. We'd be seeing Aurelion Sol bans if we banned strictly on how powerful champions are.
