Again,riot doesnt ban any feeders

Again, i played with a toxic jungler. My internet lagged and i texted my friend, my jungler asked for help to get blue, in that time i was afk cause i couldnt move or do any stuff and i was texting. Then it recconected and i was heading to my lane, i saw Kha zix stealing my farm on top and told him to go away, he told me that i didnt help him so he came to my lane, he smited my 6 cannon minions and stole more than 60 farm (700+ gold). Then he fed my enemy laner Riven, then he told me to kill myself***. Of course i muted him and continued playing. After a while enemy jungler ganked me 2-3 times and i was extremly mad, but didnt flame. The whole game i didnt flame BUT Kha did flame me once in that game and fed Riven. And Kha stole all my kills and he managed to get 10/8 in the end of the game while i had 5/10/13 cause of him. He refused to gank me,and help me.

*** this little toxic jungler destroyed 40 minutes of my life****

And of course i didnt help Kha to get revenge on him and told him back that he was a %%%%%% cause he told me that too.
