Riot do you know what it means when your early game is filled with nothing but XP bots and Smurfs?

It means that you're not actually bringing in any new players.

All the "new" people that are playing this game currently are just smurfs for accounts that have been banned, smurfs for just screwing around with a fun gimmick like this one, or they're XP farmers making level 30s to sell.

This game is not going to get better, because it's not getting a healthy amount of new blood, it's getting stale and it shows with each passing patch where Riot is desperately trying to make their game LOOK more appealing despite it playing like hot garbage that nobody without a sick sense of masochism or addiction would reasonably enjoy.
