Unbalanced Match

Please fix the way to match as soon as possible. Sometimes my team is too good but what is really frustrating is my adc even does not know how to get cs undertower. The adc was like an unranked player. It didnt even feel like playing ranked games at all but playing with really unskillful teammate.
