@Riot, A couple of things to look at PLEASE.

Zyra: Her plants during team fights sometimes don't target ANYONE.

Her plants need to be reworked to only target champs, either when they are around or only target them all together because they seem like they get confused on who to target during gameplay which causes them to not attack at all. She is otherwise a great champ GJ on her creation.

Zyra Plants AA: I believe (this may be up for debate) her plant's attacks should be counted as auto attacks. At the moment they don't proc anything and I personally believe they should.

Quinn: This issue is really with pathing in general. Quinn being a marksman/fighter has a lot of trouble during team fights (can be tested during aram) because after she uses her E, while there are a lot of minions or during a 5v5 team fight, pathing causes her not to attack her target and to only run around mindlessly trying to fight the right path.

Pathing issue #2: While in the jungle (usually with crugs) Pathing once again causes quinn to run around mindlessly while being attacked by the crugs. This creates a problem in her clearing and also could save her time if this were fixed.

Quinn VS. WW: I've noticed Quinn's E usually counters any jump, or dash but since this path update WW's ult and jump ability seem to over rule her counter. Was this done on purpose? If not please review and fix the issue. I personally believe that her E should remain the counter to jump and dash abilities because it gives her a niche that keeps her relevant.

Ashe:

Glacial Augment seems to be stronger than her Frost. I understand that it was buffed but this ability is really useless now being that it doesn't really slow them at all even at full power (100% crit). Ashe wich Glacial Augment seems to be stronger than her passive for some reason and if this was something that was meant to happen maybe she should have glacial augment as a passive instead of Frost.

In this I mean maybe after so many auto attacks she freezes the enemy. Or, the slow (not the damage) in frost increases with each auto attack. Either way Glacial should not be stronger than her passive.
