[CLIENT] Summoner spells bug

There is a tab in summoner profiles called spells that display, You guessed it, summoner spells. The thing is, Dominion (what the heck is dominion!?) spells such as garrison or clairvoyance still exist and things like clarity are still tagged with "Dominion", so I think we should just remove the tags and spells, it's really getting to my nerves, it doesn't belong there!
