If you want increace top lane impact,why not try to connect top lane and bottom lane in some case?

For example, add a crystal on each recessed wall in top lane and bottom lane. The crystal will charge those nearby champion.When a champion's charge fully,they can use all charge to teleport by a crystal to another one.The charge would not decay,it up to maxium need about 1 min (or 40 sec,there place are dangerous after all) .

Let me clarify it , it's NOT BUFF the top lane ,just make them take more participate in game. There are several reasons 1 . Obviously,there place is dangerous,if you want to use cyrstal teleport you need standing there total for a long time.This mean only you have enough advantage can you use it to support other lane.

While it is interested to make tunnels teleport you and can be used with a cooldown for each player , the answer is still no , Top lane champions are legit the best in the whole game , they are freaking op and they are designed like that to cover the fact about top lane being the furthest lane , most of top laners got the ability to 1v2 or even 1v3 , if that happens and top lane becomes like that , then the champions there will all need to get nerfed.

Interesting, but I'm afraid riot wouldn't go to far from classic setting map of MOBA. Again interesting idea tho...

No, simply no. Toplane impact would simply be reduced instead of increased. For example, why should a Jungler go Toplane when he can get Drake, give the carrying role a lead and activate the one crystal. Toplaners would just get more flamed while it is not in their hands to perform well if they pick first
