Self Bans in ARAM!

With the addition of Kayn there are 137 champions in League of Legends. Sometimes it's hard to choose which one you want to play. Some people turn to ARAM to solve this dilemma. Those of us veteran ARAM players who own all the champions can tell you though, while choosing which champ you want to play, the easy part is knowing which champions you do NOT want to play. Barring the agony of defeat, nothing in ARAM hurts worse than rolling a champion on that list, and then rerolling two other champions on that list.

Now, I know the first reaction is going to be "That's the price you pay for randomness, don't like it play normals or customs." and to that guy I say first, "Bite me, jerk." But after that I ask, with 137 possible outcomes, why do I have to suffer quite so much? There are a few champions that I simply mechanically do not agree with. Is it so much to ask to not have that reroll stolen from me? I will never voluntarily put myself through that, so clicking the reroll button feels wasteful.

I propose a set of self-bans. A few champions, no more than 5, that you elect to be unable to roll in ARAM. A short list of "I will never, ever want to play that champion, please stop trying to make me." It's one thing to reroll a champion because you don't feel like playing it that day, or maybe the team comp you're left with is an all but Garenteed loss, but when you're out of rerolls and gives you a champion that makes you instantly dodge the game, well that just sucks.

P.S. It's equally frustrating to have a champion you really do want to play, only to lose it because someone in the aforementioned situation dodges.
