4 person league with 1 spot left to fill

I know this is last minute but over the past couple of days i have one hell of a time trying to get the last person for this in my group of friends but unfortunately they wait until the last minute to tell me they are not joining.

So we have 1 spot left to fill. I ask that ONLY NA join because of time zone differences and i have already had to deal with that obstacle before. The draft will start when i can get my other 2 friends on at the same time as the last player.
