New Champ Idea - Celeres Fugae

His name is Celeres Fugae, and literally means "Swift Escape" in Latin. Support champion I'm thinking. His weapon is a wooden staff. Sorry it's a lot to read. I hope this is enough information for Riot. ^.^

Starting Base Health 700 HP

Starting Base Mana 400 MP

Starting Base Health Regen 1.5 HP/second

Starting Base Mana Regen 2.5 MP/second

Starting Movement Speed Same as Lux 's

Starting Armor Same as Braum 's

Starting AP Same as Lux 's

Basic Attack Celeres Fugae shoots bolts of lightning from the end of his staff at target enemy minion/champion, dealing (same as Lux 's basic attack) damage. Basic attack speed is (same as Braum 's basic attack speed).

Passive For every 50 AP points he has, nearby allied champions regenerate an additional 1.5 HP every second.

Q - Staff Throw Celeres Fugae throws his staff in selected direction. On enemy champion or minion hit deals slight damage and stuns enemy for 1.5 seconds. Mana cost - 50 Cooldown - 7 seconds

W - Wooden Barrier Celeres Fugae jumps to target allied champion, and twirls his staff around in front of ally, blocking projectiles for 3 seconds. Mana cost - 75 Cooldown - 12 seconds

E - Sparked Pole (Name credit goes to Big Bang Bob) Celeres Fugae charges his staff with heat and electricity, and tosses it to selected area. Charged staff will smash the ground, giving AOE 50 damage, and slowing hit champions and/or minions. Mana cost - 110 Cooldown - 5 seconds

R - Swift Escape Celeres Fugae pulls target allied champion to him, giving himself and ally +500 movement speed that decays over 5 seconds. Mana cost - 200 Cooldown - 175 seconds

More AP = Q - Longer stun time, shorter cooldown, reduced mana cost. W - Blocks more damage, shorter cooldown, reduced mana cost E - Slow points increased, increased AOE damage, reduced mana cost, shorter cooldown. R - Reduced mana cost, reduced cooldown (cooldown time limit - 60 seconds)
