Does riot still give a lil rp if you draw a picture?

just curious because I am a decent artist and I have lil RP left over and I wanted to make sure I would have enough to buy myself a Mystery gift and still have enough left over to buy myself volibear and a 880 champ.

I calculated how much I would need and realized I would be 189rp short in order to do so.

If they do not still do it I will just simply wait until a champ that I want go on sale or just buy another mystery gift and just save ip for one.

The drawing I am making is volibear or the 880 champ which I am still deciding which one I am buying.

I still going to post the drawing regardless if they do it or not when it finish.
