[Champion Concept] Relic Hunter Champion

#'Relic Hunter'
(Name in progress)
His lore would basically be, that he's a pirate and a thief, that hunts down relics and steals them from the even most secure safes and temples. He's robbed Ezreal many many times, and taken Gangplanks loot from right under his nose.
He avoids confrontation and always mysteriously disappears when things get heated.
Unlike Gangplank, his pirate ship is smaller, but therefor could fly and drive through sand. One day when fleeing from the cops, his ship got shot down by Ezrea's Trueshot Barrage and he crashed.
He got arrested and sentenced to fight in league, because the judge knew just how much he hated confrontation and how much he hated having no freedom.

"I wouldn't mind meeting him in the league." - both Ezreal and Gangplank.

He has a deep tan from all the sunny places he's been, long hair bound behind his head into dreadlocks, where's a dark black coat and a gray vest and army boots for traveling so much.
His weapon of choice would be a hextech blade and a arcane pistol, similar to Gangplank.
Also he wears an emerald on a golden necklace.
He's melee, but he isn't an actual fighter, he was stuck in the league against his will, so the best he brings to his team is annoying the enemy team and a lot of strange forms of utility.


#Abilities

Passive - Totem Head : At the beginning of the game he gets one free Totem Head, and his team can buy Totem Heads in the shop. Each person can place one Totem Head at a time. Totem Heads last forever, have two health bars, are visible, and reveal a very small area. When an enemy gets too close to one and stays that close for a few seconds, the head explodes and reveals the enemy for a few seconds (if he wasn't stealth). When a Totem Head explodes a purple Totem Head ping appears on the map.
Totem Heads still explode when you're stealth, they just don't reveal you.

Q - Arcane Bullets of NullMagick : He shoots in a target direction with his gun, the bullet explodes after a certain range or on the first enemy hit, dealing damage and silencing the target. (Similar to Jayce)

W - Cursed Ring : He curses an allied unit to make it stronger for a short duration.
On Minion cast : The minion gains increased health, size, attack damage and deals splash damage (He gets gold for its kills). But after the duration ends, the minion is left with ~40 Health.
On Totem Head cast : The Totem Head gains a Health Bar, increased vision (to about a normal wards) and true sight, but when it sees an enemy unit, it runs after it and explodes, dealing damage and revealing the target.
On Self Cast : Gain extra Health, Movement Speed on-hit and deal extra damage on-hit, but when the effect ends you lose a percentage of your current Health.

E - Pickpocket : Killing a unit grants him extra gold.
Active : Cut an enemy with his knife, dealing damage and stealing a small amount of gold.
(Very small range)

R - Shadow Emerald : Passive : Gain increased Cooldown Reuction.
On allied champion cast : Make the allied champion and yourself invisible and gain additional Movement Speed for the duration.
On Totem Cast : Teleport to the target location (shorter loadtime than teleport) and reduce the cooldown on this spell for X seconds.

Edit : This is also a perfect champion for a trinket-item, like Rengar and Viktor. But I just don't know what. Any suggestions ?
Should I make his Totem Head a trinket, but everyone else can only but them, or should everyone be able to place totem Heads with some trinket or trinket enchantment ?

seems like a combo of a bucnch of champs like q=jayce w=promoteitem e=gp q or ashe e r=talon with another person dont know if u did this on purpose or what
