I looks amazing, but the mouth for some reason seems off, don't want to be mean but something about that mouth seems to distract from the rest of the picture. I am not knowledgeable about art so I can't be more detailed, but does anyone else see what I am talking about?

Sorry for the late reply!

I've tried to justify my choice here. I can definitely understand how, with this picture being so rendered and detailed, how the more simplified mouth might look odd. However, I must say I simply don't generally draw more realistic lips because I just don't like to.

If you're confused about something else, like why she is glaring and pouting at the same time... I thought it'd be kinda danger-sexy, and I liked it in my sketch a lot!
