[Champion Concept] Mako, the Jaws of the Sea

So i posted a champion idea on here just a couple days ago for Mako. With that post i got a lot of good ideas and feedback so with all this taken in mind, here is the revised version of Mako, the Jaws of the Sea.

Passive-Rough Scales: Mako returns 2% of enemy auto-attack damage back to the source as physical damage

Q-Tidal Hunter: Mako charges to an enemy slowing them by 15/20/25/30/35% hitting all enemies in a small radius dealing 65/110/145/190/240 (+2% per attack damage) all enemies hit. If used on a marked target, the primary target is stunned for 1.0/1.25/1.5/1.75/2.0 second(s) instead of slowed. Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds. Range: 650

W-Rip: Mako uses his rows of teeth to ravage his target with his next auto attack (dealing auto attack damage +0.5% per attack damage) , this bite also causes a slight bleed (2% of attack damage over time) and heals Mako for a 3/5/7/9/10% of the initial damage. Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds. Range: melee

E-Jaws of Strife: passive: every fourth auto-attack marks the target enemy (mark lasts slightly shorter than kennen's mark). Active: auto attacks become cleaving strikes damaging all enemies in front of Mako and slightly increases his auto-attack damage by 2/4/6/8/10% of attack damage. Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds. Range: melee

R-Open Water: Mako submerges himself gaining a 30% movement speed increase for 3 seconds and can select an enemy champion and charge at them dealing 200/275/350 (+5% of attack damage) in physical damage and knocking up the selected champion. Also while charging, any enemy in the line of the charge is slowed by 20% and knocked aside. Mako is untargetable while submerged using Open Water. Cooldown: 120/90/60 seconds. Range: 800

Also when selected he could say: "Always show some teeth when you smile"

His secondary skin would be Land Shark Mako

His build would consist of items such as Black Cleaver, Blood Thirster and Frozen Mallet. This is what gives Mako his Bruiser/Fighter play style while allowing him to be viable with health items.

I do have an idea for another quote so ill give you that lol. He could like sniff twice then say "Hmmm I smell blood in the water". From what ive seen though it looks pretty good, but one question as well. How long do the marks last from his E passive? Maybe the same amount of time that kennen's mark of the storm lasts? Idk its your decision.

The ratios are still broken, just leave them out if neither of you 'reporters' will fix it, please -_-

I don't know if anyone has brought this up, but his stun should scale with level. having a one second stun doesn't help as much late game, maybe do a similar ratio to that of Renekton or something. I just think at late game the stun would be less useful than the slow. This being said i have some ideas for interaction with other champions. Fizz should definitely have a skin with Mako eating people instead of the normal shark. and fizz/nami/mako would need to have some sort of interaction like with kha/rengar. I really like the kit you have though. With his E i can see him being a really strong jungle. his kit is very mobile which is going to be big for this seasons meta. As far as his look, is he going to be a floating shark? or is he going to be some kind of hybrid monster with legs. Knowing riot if they do make him, it will be awesome anyway. I feel that legs will be included making him a humanoid, not just a beast. PLZ RIOT DO THIS!!! The cosplay world would love this too. Great idea Dkayed. looking forward to Mako in the future (Hopefully).

I feel you can improve this by simplifying the numbers to #, percents to % and so on. This is a champion concept so actual numbers aren't needed.

The abilities 'do too much'. Decide on what you need each ability to do before applying any extra effects. This would also free up more power on key abilities where you need it.

The passive damage could scale, its useless vs an AP for the most part since they don't build AD. You could even use the Bleed from W as the passive instead, making attackers take damage over time.

Focusing on either single target or AoE damage would increase your abilities power (Riot would nerf AoE damage spells and Single Target fits thematically).

The E may benefit more from Attack Speed.

I would like to post a more focused version below.

Sharp Scales: Mako returns a % of enemy auto-attack damage back to the attacker as True Damage.

Q-Tidal Hunter: Mako charges, causing the AoE impact to slow all enemies hit for % and dealing # (+#) attack damage.

Targets marked are instead stunned for # second(s) instead of slowed.

Cooldown: # seconds. Range: 650

W-Rip: Mako's next basic attack ravages his target with many rows of teeth dealing auto attack damage +% of his bonus attack damage and heals Mako for a % (+% if target is marked) of the total damage dealt.

Cooldown: # seconds

E-Jaws of Strife: passive: Mako's auto attacks apply a mark for # seconds.

Active: Mako frenzies, increasing his auto-attack damage by % of his total attack damage.

Cooldown: # seconds

R-Open Water: Mako submerges himself gaining an extra 30% movement speed for 6 seconds. Mako's collision with an enemy champion causes them and all nearby enemy champions to be knocked up, dealing # (+% of attack damage) in physical damage. Mako is untargetable while submerged using Open Water.

Cooldown: # seconds. Range: 800
