Hello, I am Shadowcrusnik, and this is my concept of Tyrilius, the Bounty Hunter.

Lore:

"His methods are unorthodox, brutal, and I have yet to find a law they haven't broken. But, they are effective..." -Caitlyn, the Sheriff of Piltover

When Tyrilius (Tear-ill-ee-iss, Roman) was but a boy, his Father abandoned him and his mother, forsaking the fact that they had ever been associated. Tyrilius, being too young at the time to remember even the appearance of his father, and his mother moved to a small village where they made a meager living working as farmhands. When Tyrilius was 14, a band of infamous criminals ransacked their village in the night, setting it and the plantation on fire, raping every woman, then murdering every villager.

Tyrilius at the time had stayed out late that night with some friends, when they returned to a village on fire, his friends immediately tried to fight back, and died. Tyrilius hid, he ran into the wreckage of a charred building, its flames just barely having gone out, just to witness his mother and his new friend, Kera, brutally raped and murdered. He waited until morning, found an automatic crossbow in the wreckage, most likely a result of a failed villager's fight back, and left for the nearest city, vowing to have his revenge on every single criminal he found. He immediately went to the law-force of Piltover, but his methods and motivations were deemed unfit for duty by Caitlyn.

As such he began his life as a Bounty Hunter.

He agreed to join the league in return for a leading role in an active information gathering ring that would then dedicate itself to finding that gang of criminals.

Appearance:

Current Age- 32

Build- Tall, slim but muscular

Eyes- Auburn, Tired. One eye is blinded white-ish grey, with a scar right over it and his face. The result of a knife fight a few years before.

Hair- Dark brown, wild and unkempt. Has a goatee.

Apparel- Dull brown pants with Dark grey shirt and overcoat. He has a bandolier of arrows wrapped around his abdomen diagonally, and various Bounty Hunter like trinkets, such as trophies, traps, etc.

Voice- His voice is deep and gruff, as though he is tired of the world and its cruel ways.

Primary Role- Marksman

Secondary Role- Assassin

Abilities-

Passive- Determined Pursuit:

Tyrilius always collects his bounty, when attacking enemy champions, he gains 6/9/12/15% Bonus movement speed and attack speed, ensuring that he gets the kill. This ability levels when he levels up his ultimate.

Q- Barbed Shot:

Tyrilius fires a hooked arrow at target champion, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+.4 Total AD) Physical damage, and slowing them by 20% for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds.

Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 mana

CD: 10 Seconds

Range: 550 Units

W- Grappling Shot:

Tyrilius fires a bolt with a rope attached to it in target direction (SKILLSHOT), the first enemy unit hit is tethered to Tyrilius for 3 seconds and cannot move further from him than the distance at which the bolt hit and takes 30% of Tyrilius' Total damage as physical damage. (If they are hit 500 units away, they cannot move further than 500 units away, but can move closer). This effect also applies to Tyrilius (not the damage, duh). Tyrilius can reactivate the ability during its duration to pull him to the struck target, but removing the rope.

Cost: 70/85/90/115/130

CD: 13 seconds

Range: 800 units Width: 100 units

E- Shrapnel Bolts:

Passive- Tyrilius get 10/15/20/25/30 Bonus damage.

Active- For 5 seconds, Tyrilius' Auto Attacks will apply a bleed that deals 75/85/95/105/115% of Tyrilius Total damage as physical damage over 3 seconds. This bleed does not stack, it is only refreshed when the target is hit multiple times, the bleed applies one tick of damage the moment it hits to prevent the refresh from stopping its damage.

Cost: 40 mana

CD: 15 across all levels

R- Vengeance:

For 10 Seconds, Tyrilius gains 25% Movement speed, 30% more AA range, and his attacks will deal 1 bonus physical damage to the target for each .5% HP the target he is attacking is missing.

Cost: 100/135/170

CD: 120/100/80 seconds.

Movement Lines:

-"Let's get going."

-"Where are they..."

-"Shhh, I hear something..."

-"Did you say something important?"

-"I go where I need to be."

Attacking Lines:

-"Crime doesn't pay, unless I catch you."

-"I will make them pay for what they did to Kera..."

-"Just one good bolt and, bam."

-"They won't get away from me."

-"That one has a nice bounty..."

(Anti-)Jokes:

-(Puts his crossbow on his back and folds his arms)"Why was Little boy Tim so sad? Because his mother was horrifically murdered in front of him."(arm folding doesnt stop until a command is given)

-(Puts his crossbow on his back and folds his arms)"Why does the Pirate captain have a peg leg? Because I cut it off before I captured him."(arm folding doesnt stop until a command is given)

Taunts:

-(Arms his Crossbow) "To get away from me, you need to keep one eye open..."

-(Arms his Crossbow) "This shot will be too easy."

When using joke in the presence of a Vi:

-(Puts crossbow on his back and folds arms) "And they said MY methods were brutal"

When taunting in front of a Caitlyn:

-(Arms crossbow) "Lets see who's better at their job..."

Changelog- 4/16/2014- Adjusted some stats to better flesh out Tyrilius's Strengths and weaknesses 5/31/14- Adjusted His E to not be so overpowered when maxed first and to clarify its effect*

I'm just going to point out that a champion getting double gold for champion kills is WAY BEYOND OVERPOWERED.

Thanks for the feedback guys, i realized just how stupidly strong that gold passive was and replaced it with something more fitting with his overall theme of never giving up in his pursuits, either of bounties or his search for that criminal gang.

Here's the thing... When you say bonus damage and damage, you need to specify what type of damage. There is 3 types of damage in League of Legends. True Damage (cannot be reduced, example: Ignite summoner 14 ), Physical Damage (from basic attacks and physical damaged based abilities, can be reduced by Armor), and Magic Damage (typically from spells and other extra effects, can be reduced by Magic Resistance). I assume the champion you've created is physically damaged based, but you should tell us what type of damage his spells are doing. There is also Attack Damage which is what your basic attacks and AD scaling abilities use as their source of damage.

Also something to note, his mana costs are really high.

Any other thoughts anyone? Ideas? Problems?

a really good and realistic champ idea please get someone to draw his concept art for you I would love to see it. Only problem I may address is that his look sounds to much like vayne's. Maybe make have some armor or some clockwork-looking goggles on his head

Very cool concept, I like the idea of the character, sounds awesome, if i may add however.

I feel like Maiming shot is slightly too powerful, I think it should be a slow for 20% for 1 second, going up as he levels up the ability (3 seconds at ability lvl 5).

For Hook shot, I think the cool down should be 15 seconds, and rather than pulling both characters together, I think it should pull Tyrilius to the target, allowing him to close the gap to his target quickly, but also potentially placing him in an unsafe situation.

Then I believe his shrapnel bolt ability should have a higher cool down because 115%, specially late game can make a monumental difference.

Then for his ult, I think it would be slightly better if it was, +20% movement speed, +30% basic attack range, and 1 bonus damage per .5% of health missing to all champions Tyrilius is currently attacking. because, he appears to have a reliance on basic attacks, so his ult improving his movement speed, range, and a small amount of bonus damage will allow him to easily secure more kills or ward off any annoying turret killers.

Beyond my opinion of the characters abilities, I honestly believe he would be an awesome character to play and would definitely buy him as soon as he gets released.
