Ideas for a Blitzcrank Rework

Blitz is one of those awkward champs who you could put on the list with urgot, yorick, and old heimerdinger. In my opinion, Blitz isn't that viable, especialy when u compare him to other supports. For example, thresh, just like blitz he has a pull, but it is much more ranged, and requires skill to land due to the thin size of the hook and the windup time, but if he lands the pull, it is very rewarding, and he is able to pull to the champion and cast his r-e/e combo, which could put him into a dangerous position, but the point is, thresh is very dynamic and more support-like than blitz. Blitzcrank can pull knockup ult and then the target is probobly dead or close to dead, I think riot should remake Blitzcrank's entire kit, make him either a bruiser or tank. Here are some ideas:

(Passive)Backup generator- Upon becoming low on health, Blitzcrank gains a shield that absorbs a flat amount of damage.(increases per lvl) Notes: Blitz's mana barrier was very weak and awkward, due to high mana costs and hardly having enough mana for the shield to be efficient, this will help Blitzcrank have a more efficient passive, CD would be increased though to balance him out

(Q)Rocket arm- Blitzcrank fires his rocket arm a long distance(about thresh's hook's distance), dealing damage to the enemy hit, if the target is a champion, steals a small amount, about 25% of their movement speed for 2-2.5 seconds. Notes: This new Q will get rid of the pesky grab and give Blitz more of a bruiser feel, along with the other reworked abilities in his kit

(W)Overdrive-Increases blitzcrank's attack and movement speed dramatically for a small duration. Notes-this also helps fit his new bruiser style.

(E)Power Fist- Blitzcrank Extends his arm, knocking up and damaging all enemies he hits.(a little bit more range then Yasuo's Q, also thicker than Yasuo's Q). Notes:Without Blitz's pull, his old power fist wouldnt be as good, this new power fist could help for farming, as well as being used to combo with his w(will be explained later)

(R)Static field- Passive:Blitzcrank's attacks are static charged, causing them to deal additional magic damage. Active: Deals damage, slows, and silences all enemies around Blitzcrank.(less range than the static field he has now) Notes: The passive allows him to be a lot more of a fighter, as well as getting rid of those lightning bolts that would randomly hit jungle monsters, which can be annoying to some. His active would be for teamfights for some aoe damage and slow, as well as the aoe silence,cd would be inreased and range would be decreased.

Conclusion: Blitzcrank's new kit allows him to be more of a fighter/bruiser, being able to jungle, clearing waves with e and/or w, and ganking by using Q, and following with w to close the gap and E to CC, and then a mixture of attacking with the R passive or using R and Q's and W's and E's. Blitz support would no longer be viable, but the new blitz would be fairly good in my opinion. This new kit would make him a lot more of a rock em' sock em' robotic fighter.

This is a terrible idea, Blitzcrank does not need any reworking. He's honestly fine the way he is, he's already equipped to be a bruiser/fighter you just need to figure out exactly how to build him and play him.

He was intended as a bruiser, but that boat's long past. Reworking him into something he isn't now will just hurt the ailing support roster and make another stock bruiser without any interesting mechanics. In fact, most of the kit seems to be pure stats. The purposed changes make him even more binary to play, which was barely even possible for a champion almost entirely known for a single ability. Now his kit is based on running up to someone and hitting them, with the only part of his kit taking any real interaction and having counterplay is his grab.
