[Skin Concept] Arcade Lucian

The hired gun lucian skin isn't that good, so I believe there should be a better skin for lucian, when looking at his particles, I think an arcade theme would be great for lucian, he would have rainbow dreadlocks and a rainbow coat with a rainbow gun.

Now for particles, his attacks would alternate color as he shoots, his Q would just have rainbow particles, and a new sound effect, his W would also have rainbow particles and a new sound effect, and if he attacks someone with a mark from his w he gains a rainbow particle around him and gets a popup like in arcade sona's skin saying attack and movement speeds up. His E would have some rainbow particles as he dashes, and his ult would be a barrage of different colors. Feedback plz on this skin! Thank you!
