ATTENTION RIOT GAMES!! New Champion Ideas 10/12/15, Duplicant

So as the champion Unlocks new moves at the beginning of the game q,w,and e He would be able to choose a q,w,or e from another champion in that same game on the enemy team and keep it Until the end He wouldn't be able to change the moves throughout that game but he'd be able to start fresh at the beginning of every game, and for his ult same thing applies he would be able to copy an ult from any champion in that game and use it as his own! The champion does seem a little overpowered at first thought but I think IT could be Made balanced by having any alternate Casting Costs paid by a percentage of his own health since some champions pay with moves with health, mana, or energy instead he'd have to pay Health I believe that you at Riot could make this champion a Little more game playable but This is just my brainstorm and Id absolutely Play this champion Over and Over again I think that this would be the next step up for Riot and would be an amazing way to take the game to a new level of awesome!
