New Champion! Idea Sept 12 2015 Ditto

So as the champion Unlocks new moves at the beginning of the game q,w,and e He would be able to choose a q,w,or e from another champion in that same game and keep it Until the end He wouldn't be able to change the moves throughout that game but he'd be able to start fresh at the beginning of every game, and for his ult same thing applies he would be able to copy an ult from a champion in that game and use it as his own! The champion does seem a little overpowered at first thought but I think It is fair and an amazing way to take the game to a new level of awesome! Only this champ would be able to do this but I think that would make it all the better! I Hope You guys at Riot games see this Because I Would LOVE to see this come to life almost a Ditto Champion Lol Anyway just thought iT would be Worth a Brainstorm
