Local Tournaments

I don't get it, The host already sent out the things for the prizes to be delivered (supposedly, i hope they didn't scam us) but prizes have already taken almost a week to get to us!? Why is it taking so long? (https://www.facebook.com/events/355987054603595/361942154008085/)
