[Champion Re-imagining] Teemo, The Swift Scout.
Below is a small concept art drawing I've done of Teemo to emphasize his personality and better define his character. Here I'll quickly outline the changes I've done from most noticeable to subtle. Keep in mind I'm not a professional concept artist, so my level of detail may not be up to par with proper concept artists, but I'm sure it does its work well enough. If you're still unclear about some of the changes I've done, please check out my other thread in the Story & Art Section.

Collar This is the biggest change, and I would say the most important. I got rid of the poofy, moogle collar he had and replaced it with a big neckerchief. The reason I did this is because the only other Yordle who has this is Gnar. On Gnar, it makes sense, because Gnar is very primitive and animal like. Where as on Teemo,…Teemo was born in a civilized society, where they have clothing to keep them warm. That wouldn’t make sense. Additionally, I saw it as a good way to make reference to how much Teemo’s Military style is to that of a boy scout (He is a SCOUT after all…). Additionally, having that neckerchief indicates a sort of rank to Teemo. He’s a Captain, and perhaps different colored neckerchiefs indicate different levels of rank.

Blow dart gun Every soldier has his weapon. And I noticed that Teemo's lacked a level of standardization. If Bandle City is going to be issuing their soldiers with blow dart guns, I'd assume they'd want to make sure they don't look like they were fashioned within 5 minutes of handing them out to the recruits. I'm sure the Bandle City would take some pride in their military.

Battle Wounds For such a long running Yordle soldier, he's surprisingly well groomed and clean. He's not a man until he has to go up against Rengar in the top lane and get a few cuts and bruises.
-
Mushrooms on Belt Where is he keeping all of those mushrooms? They're not plants so he can't have seeds. I'd assume he'd have a few strapped to his belt like grenades that he can set down as a trap or throw at the enemy's feet.

Dirt Again, he's surprisingly well groomed for a yordle who sits in the mud all day waiting for an ambush. Having some dirt in that fur would definitely suggest someone who tends to be close to the Earth. Additionally, and this was intentional, there's dirt under his eyes. I added this as a very symbolic design standpoint. He carries a cheerful look on his face, but the dirt suggests that not all is well.

Helmet There's some pretty subtle differences, here. The goggles have a rectangular frame, the tuff is a bit longer, and there are actually knotches on the brim on the sides for his ears. These were done simply for aesthetics, and are not meant to be significant.
That's really it for my ideas, thank you if you took the time to read all of that, because I hate writing and I struggle to effectively put my ideas on paper.
[EDIT]: I updated the picture, added some shadings to Teemo, and due to per request, made the tuft of hair now a leaf! I wanted the color of the leaf bear some close color resemblence to the live color of the tuft, so a large indigo leaf seemed to fit the bill pretty well. Please let me know what you think and whether you like or dislike the change!
