[Champion concept] Zersek, The living blade

The depths of Ionia can be, strange. Many would argue that they're dark. But to the magic wielders of Ionia they know them as a place of dense power. One individual [Zed] Described them to his clan as a training ground of blades. Deep within there live warrior mages whom live to spread lethal magic through their blades. Zersek, a promising wandering whom had been taken into the teachings, wished for nothing but power underneath is modest exterior. He had risen to a point where the grand masters had allowed him into their order and allowed him knowledge of the Blade of the creator. He saw this as the ultimate power and after many weeks of preparation, Had gone rouge, murdering students teachers and masters alike, until he had the blade within his sight, He had found his goal, power. Limitless power. But when he had tried to grasp the blade, it emitted a shockwave which would even startle the darkest mage of Ionia [Syndra] And soon after a whirlwind of dark energy had engulfed the temple and all near it. a storm of power raged for several nights and days, wreaking havoc against anything that neared. Once it died. Villagers and warriors alike flocked to a crater to find a lone soul, pulsing with the same dark energy. When the warriors tried subduing him though, blades erupted from his arms and torso, piercing all that came near fatally. Zersek had came too and realized, He had become the blade of the creator. He had attained his own form of ascension. A true test of this ascension was to conqueror all of the worlds mightiest warriors, in the league of legends.

Passive:Power for blood The blade inside Zersek hungers, giving .35AD per minion slain and +5 for each champion kill,

Q:bloody cleave [20-50 mana 8/7/6/5/4 CD] Zersek sprouts blades from his arms and swings them in an arc in front of him slashing each enemy within a short radius for 20-140 damage (+.8% Bonus AD) and causing bleeding damage for 23-74 damage (+.2% bonus AD)

W:Bladed armor As Zersek grasps his power, his body protrudes protective blades granting 5/10/15/20/25 armor and also reflects 5-50 damage back at attackers

E:Blade Rush (100 mana at all levels, 18-10s cd) Zersek slams his hands into the ground and rushes to a targeted area, passing through units and walls, leaving a trail of blades that slow for 15% and deal 15-70 (+ .35% of max AD and .60% of max AP) as bonus physical damage

R:Blade Of the Creator (250 mana at all levels, 130/100/80s cd) Zersek brings forth the blade from within, forming it with both of his arms before swinging it downward into the earth in a straight but wide line, dealing 250/350/450 physical damage (+1.2% of max AD) This Damage becomes TRUE damage if the target is below 10/12/15% of their max HP.

Zersek is a being who retains his human form, He keeps a torn red shawl over the lower half of his face and shoulders while he wears Red sashes across his lower body over top his martial arts pants [think lee sin pants] He stands a staggering 7ft tall with a rather skinny but well built frame, on his feet he wears nothing so as to use his blades more freely. His hair a mess of black and red strands that linger down his back and front of his face to hide his dim red eyes

Movement: A blade moves straight through all Resistance means nothing to such a thin blade

Attacking: Worthless. Begone. Dull edges are un-needed

Joke:[Zersek forms his arm into a blunt blade and hits a stump, smashing it] Sometimes I wish i was a hammer.

Taunting an enemy tryndamere: Your blade thirsts for rage and battle. Shall i end its hunger?

Taunting an enemy Aatrox: Your blade is a husk compared to me!

Taunting an enemy Xerath: A true ascendant being doesn't hide behind such sorcery like a coward.

Taunting an enemy Yasuo: Unforgiven one, come unto me so that i may purge you of your sins, your blade is sullied and does not belong to you anymore.

Taunting an enemy Zed: Your teachings helped my masters, now let me use them to help end you!

Purchasing an infinity edge: At last, my power is truly infinte.

Buying a bloodthirster: Let my blades bathe in blood.

Buying a Phantom dancer: Two swords, Two lives.

Buying a zephyr: The wind courses along my blades.

Buying a zephyr with an enemy janna in the game [can be heard by the other team]: The Wind favours me Janna!

And thats it for now, give me some suggestions if you want, hes either sounding really weak or really strong, not sure how other people will view him.
