Would any ranked 5s teams be interested in being apart of a gold and under league of legends season

I'm interested in starting a new league. Competing in a different kind of environment.
Not the regular tournament brackets were all used too. My idea for this is actually very big...but right now just an idea as i would need some man power to run anything like this.

So here's a basic layout of the League

LoL Gold and Under Season Split.

1.League Layout

Gold and under teams only
SoloQ rank doesn't matter-but if a player is Diamond or above he must have extensive EXP with the team
10 Teams in Split
Each team plays every team 2 times in back to back games/ for a total of 2 games a week over a 2 day period
10 week Regular season
2 week Playoff run
6 Teams will make playoffs (Ranked by Teams record and also accounting for tiebreakers)
Tiebreaker games will take place after the final regular season game to determine playoff seating/spots.
7th/8th/9th/10th place Teams will play a best of 3 bracket tournament to decide which team will remain in split and which 3 will drop out

2. Requirements/Rules:

Full attendance Required
    Team will forfeit game if any one of the starting players listed in the starting line up are not present.
Starting rosters changes must be announced 2 hours prior to games starting VIA Email.
All chat must be disabled in games.

3. Playoff system:

Best of 3 through out the Semi-Finals
Best of 5 for the Finals
1st/2nd place will earn a bye to the Semi-Finals.

Note that this is just a fresh idea. This is a baseline..like the blueprint before the blueprint.

I want to know if i spend months dedicating time and effort into this, Will the League of Legends community be interested? I would need a lot of volunteers and partners in organizing and managing an actual League of Legends gold and under split.
