Notorious eSports is currently seeking/recruiting analysts and a Head Coach

Notorious eSports is a new League of Legends team competing in the BSGLeague.

We are currently 6-2 and ranked 2nd in the league. We are looking to expand outside of our roster as far as game knowledge goes. We are looking for that missing piece that can really glue this team together and give us a good shot at placing top 2 regular split and getting a bye to semis come playoffs.
We are looking for a "in team individual player analyst". As well as a "scouting analyst".

In team Player Analyst: correct/coach players with item builds/gold management/laming phases/mechanics

Scouting Analyst: scout all match ups every week. Deep analytical overview of enemy comps/players ETC. The head coach will be basing a lot of pick ban phase around info given from the scout analyst. This is very crucial for team success.

Head Coach: work with players on macro game and pre game set ups. Pick ban phases / team comps / direct contact with analyst consistently. Leadership skills. Drive to win. Progressive and positive attitude at all times.

The team is excited to meet any and all who are interested in joining us at Notorious eSports. This is a chance for you to be a part of a solid foundation for a very well marketed amateur eSports organization. 5 weeks left in the regular split. I think with the right people on board we can end the BSGLeague spring split in first, and win play offs.

Must be Plat 3 or higher.

  • Experienced in Coaching (Everything from Runes/Masteries/Itemization/Micro&Macro-Play/Champion-Pools/Role-Delegation/etc.)
  • Ran my own organization between Nov15-Mar16 where I was coaching players anywhere from Bronze to Diamond.
  • Experienced in researching META strategies/picks/bans/enemy teams.
  • Competent in creating content through Google Documents (Sheets/Slides) to categorize information and track progress.
  • Have held Middle, ADC and Jungle as my main roles at some point throughout my career, currently main Jungle.
  • Currently in shift work, so my free hours are a bit weird, could be changing at the start of May.
