[Champion Concept] Tenebris, the Reaper of Darkness

Tenebris is a fighter/assassin described as a "Melee ADC," like Yasuo, Riven, Tryndamere, etc. He originates from the shadow isles, wearing a dark cloak and wielding two scythes.

Passive: Supersonic Scythes:

Tenebris's scythes move at very fast speeds, and as such, he can auto attack and cast spells while moving.

Q: Reave:

Tenebris combines his two scythes together for the next basic attack, which will strike at an increased range, doing bonus AOE damage to targets in a wide arc in front of Tenebris, applying on-hit effects. Basice Attacks reduce cooldown by 0.5 seconds. Estimated cooldown of 6 down to 3 seconds.

W: Stride:

Passive: Basic attacks cause Tenebris to get percent bonus movement speed stacking up to five times. Getting a kill or an assist gives a charge for the ability to use the active portion of Stride for the next five seconds. Active: Tenebris dashes a short distance dealing damage to all enemy units hit, Tenebris also removes all slows and ignores slows for the next 4 seconds. 1 second cooldown between charges.

E: Cull:

Tenebris strikes a large area in front of him with both scythes, dealing damage and slowing units caught. Estimated cooldown of 10-5 seconds.

R: Shadow Decimation

Tenebris begins spinning his scythes on each side of himself (think General Grievous) at extreme speeds. Enemies withing melee range+25/50/75 take the equivalent of 2/3/4 auto attacks per second, applying on-hit effects. During this time Tenebris cannot auto attack or cast Reave and Cull, and lifesteal/critical strike chance are doubled. Estimated cooldown of 120-80 seconds.

Don't know why, but it sounds a better Hecarim with more CC
