Anyone ever cosplayed Karma? HELP

Some help would be appreciated, I'm planning on cosplaying male Karma at a con in my state soon, but I have no clue how to make her mantle of decorum (the big pale and green thing that hangs above her head, lights up when she uses her ult). Do I make it out of foam? Cardboard? Paper? How do I attach it to my back! PLEASE HELP! Thanks

I personally would make it out of light insulation board foam, I always find the stuff laying around at my family's business. It's super light, and you could attach it many different ways I suppose. I recommend looking at Cosplay.com, I'll bet there's people who have cosplayed Karma and have pictures of what they used/did. It should be fairly easy, unless you try to go as far as making it light up.
