Diana Lore Rewrite

Hi. I'm a scrub who's a published novelist and poet IRL. My greatest passion in the world is the written word.

I'm in the midst of a massive project: rewriting the lore of League of Legends's champions. Mapping Runeterra the correct way with all the messed up, terrible storyline that has been laid out is an incredible challenge. But I take the lore of champions, reconfigure it into a short story format that adds more depth to the character, and still provide the how and the why of each champion.

Please enjoy this first sample of the fruits of my labor: my re-write/interpretation of Diana's lore. With a hint of affection (edit: reverence, fascination, something or other) towards Leona. Because that should be canon.

Not enough "Mysterious mystery person of mystery" for Riot's taste. I'm sorry, but due to that, and their obsession with not accepting any outside suggestions for fear of royalty demands your work will never make it onto the game.
