Fiddlesticks, The Harbinger of Doom

Hello! This is just a "for fun" Concept for fiddlesticks :D

Abilities:

Passive- Madness: Every Time fiddlesticks deals magical damage to an enemy champion, they get a stack of madness, at 4 stacks, the stacks are consumed and the champion takes 50/100/150/200 (+.2 AP) Damage and they are "Maddened" for 3 seconds, causing them to run away from fiddle. After the effect ends, they cannot be Maddened again for 7 seconds.

Q- Fatal Scythe:

Passive- Fiddlesticks gains 20/30/40/50/60% Spell Vamp on all his abilities. (Note: On multi-Target and AoE Spells, Spell Vamp is reduced to 33% of what it WOULD be, so 300 healing is 100 instead, this is not a mechanic of his, this is a rule of the game).

Active- Fiddlesticks swings his Scythe Around him dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+.5 AP) Magic Damage to all nearby enemies. This ability has 100% Spell Vamp instead (The Spell Vamp AoE reduction still applies).

W- Soul Sap: Fiddlesticks feeds off of the Fear held within us all, bringing it out and using it to sap his target's lifeforce, dealing 70/105/140/175/210 (+.45 AP) Magic damage per second for 3 seconds, Fiddlesticks must channel this ability for 2 seconds to establish the link, otherwise the damage will not be dealt.

E- Despair: Fiddlesticks Sends out a contagious wave of Pure Anguish and Despair, silencing the target for 1 second, dealing 60/80/100/120/140 (+.4 AP) Magic Damage, and bouncing to the nearest 4 targets, applying the same effect to each one. If there are less than 5 targets, it will bounce to the initial target after the last target is hit. (AKA, if there are only 4 Total, then the first target is hit twice, the First and second are hit twice if there are 3, and the first target is hit 3 times and the second twice if there are only 2, silence is refreshed on multiple hits, and the main target only once if it is alone).

R- Apocalypse: After Channeling for 1.5 seconds, Fiddlesticks teleports to a nearby target Location, and ushers in a glimpse of the apocalypse in an area around him, dealing 150/200/250 (+.5 AP) Magic Damage per second for 3 seconds to all nearby enemies.

As you can see, this is VERY similar to the current version of fiddles, because the current version of fiddles is already awesome, but needs ALOT of tweaks and changes in order to bring him in line with other champions, and modernize him, both visually, mechanically, and, uh, lore-ically?

Changelog-

8/23/2014- Made a SHITTON of changes to his damage scaling!

Hey man! First of all, i have you know i don' t look at numbers: i only speak design-wise ( and btw the passive duration and the spell vamp are OP). About the passive: i would stick to the fixed run direction, i mean no one likes randomness :P however we have to be cautious here, since it' s a character that deals a lot of ripetitive damage with channels with his ult he can basically distrupt the entire enmy team while dealing tons and tons of damage item 3078 . If the Q is a melee or at least a mid-short range skill i am for it: it is a reaper in the end! :D The W has a concept i like a lot: single target abilities that are not istant; i always imaginated them like a cait ult with less cast and limited range, but also this channel version can give time to the enemy to react, but i would organize the ticks in a different way: 2 seconds of nothing and 3 seconds of damage per seconds, or maybe full 5 seconds but let the passive proc at 5, else it's just too much op and frustrating to play against: when the enmy is feared get on the chase and go for the scyte! >:D The E can be used to gain time and not get interrupted by channeling the W, or using it to get safely in range of the enemy mage while ult is not up. I would keep the silence fixed to an amount but have it the base damage and scaling really low else it becomes devastating, and giving to it an increasing base damage for when you are in lane and you have to farm by your own or you are going tanky and need damage and cc. Yes, i tought about fiddle as a laner too. I am mad. The ulti is fine, only thing it should not allow to proc the passive easily on his own but needs the player hand to bring on the TRUE MADNESS on enemy lines.
