Campion Idea: Akira, The Herald Of Madness

The character model for Akira, the Herald of Madness would be a black-haired human wearing bloodied armor and wielding a scythe.

Lore Akira was once a Demacian soldier. In fact, he was one of the best. He was always in the front lines, cutting down the enemy into the pools of blood at his feet. However, killing people by the hundereds every other day for two years tends to take a toll on your sanity. Akira is a prime example of that. During a particularly large battle against Noxus, something inside his aleady unstable mind snapped. It wasn't noticable until the Noxian forces had fled, and one of the soldiers said they were glad it was over. To which Akira replied. "Over? No battle is over while there's still blood in your veins!". He proceeded to cut down every soldier he could reach. Before he was apprehended, Akira managed to kill a little short of half of them. When he was asked what he had to say for himself, he simply said "I'm disappointed I couldn't have killed more of them".

After the little exchange, Akira was sentenced to death. But by some random stroke of luck, a Noxian invasion accidentally saved him. A favor he repayed by slaying as many of them as he could see. After his escape, Akira lived seperate from civilization, which only served to bring further ruin to his already crippled mind. It was when he returned to civilization for the first time in years, and witnessed a League game with Jinx and Renekton, that it was his personal job to show the entirity of Runeterra what true madness looked like. He entered the League of Legends, and fights for anyone who has the stomach to watch.

Abilities His passive would be Coalescing Madness. His mana bar is replaced with a madness bar, which works like fury, but it also collects madness whenever he takes damage equal to 10% of his health. Meaning that if he takes a total of 8% of his health at first, and 2% later, he gains madness. His madness bar would cap at 100. His abilities normally have no cost, but will consume madness if he has it, gaining extra effects, excluding his ult.

His Q would be Insane Inspiration. Akira gains a temporary Attack Speed boost equal to 25% of his current attack speed (excluding buffs and debuffs). If he has 50 madness, nearby allied champions also gain this boost.

His W would be Reap the Hordes. He swings his scythe in an arc, dealing 80/110/140/170/200 physical damage, and healing for 20% of the damage dealt. If he has 50 madness, he pulls enemies that he hits towards him.

His E would be Helm Splitter. He leaps a short distance to a target, dealing 90/120/150/180/210 physical damage. If he has 50 madness, they lose 30 points of armor for a short time.

His Ult would be Embrace of Madness. He reaches for an enemy with his scythe, pulling them towards him and dealing 150/250/350 physical damage. If he has 100 madness, they are slowed for 2 seconds, and he deals true damage instead.
