This concept is a little too powerful honestly...Yes you made Laurellia slow and squishy (lowest health end game and very low armor) but that is pretty much reduced by her massive range.

It seems like it'd be best to build pure AP and CDR on her due to decent ratios and generally low cooldowns (also helps to maintain shadow stacks). So, assuming something like 700 AP - easily attainable with the free AP she has that no other champion gets (except galio) - lets talk about her full combo with ult on.

On an enemy this means QWE with full shadow stacks twice basically -

Q: 794 (220+280(40%AP)+297(42%AP))

W: 350 (210+140(20%AP)) And 3 seconds rooted

E: 580 (230+350(50%AP)) And .9 second stun and 3 second silence (and 1.5 extra seconds of silence?)

R: 655 over 6 seconds (25+630(90%AP))

  • the whole QWE again totalling a massive 4103 damage before reductions

All initiated from a safe 1200 range (the first rank range of kog maw's living artillery) and three of the abilities are targeted with the 4th not being stopped by collisions , i.e. the Q can hit multiple enemies and allies - huge poke raw safe damage and multiple shields larger than most other supports can provide.

Although base stats and end game stats are fairly low this does not compensate for the insane utility and damage output of this concept. Play it safe and she will become an endgame beast carry. Some nice ideas in here but it just doesn't make for a 'healthy' champion - for example lulu has been nerfed time and time again as she was a similar champion, three targeted abilities and a penetrating skillshot, even then she never had as much utility or damage that this concept has (although she still has a good amount) It's all in the balance.
