[Champion Concept] Iris, Wind Rider
This champion idea is basically what I think a ninja champion should be. The only league champion that is close to a stereotypical ninja (massive burst with ninja like moves) is Akali. Shen is a tank and the only thing 'ninja' about Kennen is his ninja star. Keeping with the idea of a quick striking ninja, I thought about making a Jungler ninja (not quite Lee Sin). She wouldn't really be killing the enemy champs, rather assisting the laner unless she plans on using her ult. She does not use anything for her abilities. (similar to garen or kat)

Passive: Hidden Strength- After using an ability Iris's next basic attack will deal an additional 10% AD
Darkness' Embrace . The range is 950 so it can be used on an enemy while hiding in a bush, and it is very similar to Graves' smoke screen. Iris throws a small bomb of black powder in the air above designated location (200 radius). Any enemy in the radius has a reduced vision of only 500 range for 3 seconds. In addition all champions within the radius are silenced for (.5/.5/.6/.6/.7) seconds. Unlike Graves' smoke screen it does not last for any amount of time, only the champions hit directly by this ability are effected. Cooldown (12/11.75/11.5/11/10.5)
Wind Mount- Iris bends the wind to her will, rapidly increasing her movement speed. She gains (40%/45%/50%/55%/60%) movement speed for 4 seconds. Additionally when Iris gets within a range of 500 you can activate Air Mold. Air Mold Iris molds a tunnel of air seemingly teleporting her behind a target enemy champion. Instantly the target is feared for (.5/.6/.7/.8/.8), also dealing very low damage, (20/40/60/80/100) plus 15% AD. Cooldown (10/9.75/9.5/9.25/9)
**Knife Hurricane- ** Active- Iris spins in a circle for 1 second (395 radius) slashing her enemies with knives dealing (65/90/130/170/210) plus 60% AD, also causing all damaged enemies to bleed 15 life for 3 seconds. Passive- Iris gains 4% life steal. Cooldown (7/6.75/6.5/6.25/6)
Melt Into Air Upon activation Iris becomes invisible for up to (6/7/8) seconds and gains (55%/60%/65%) movement speed. While invisible Iris is immune to all CC. If she makes a basic attack or activates an ability she then reappears. Upon reappearance you can activate Fate of the Great Winds. Fate of the Great Winds Iris combines the forces of all the great winds into one great strike upon target champion dealing (200/400/600) plus 30% AD plus (20%/25%/30%) of targets missing health. Cooldown (170/140/110)
