Basic Attack: Diesel throws a rusty knife at the target
Passive: "Scavenger" After 5 seconds without being hit, Diesel starts generating stacks of "Junk". These stacks are used to cast abilities. Diesel gains 2 stacks for killing a unit or monster, 10 for assist, and 20 for kill. Dying loses all your stacks, but you respawn with 20(+1 per level). Junk stacks max out at 200(+40 per level)
Q: "Pile Up" Diesel uses half of his stacks stacks to create a wall of various items that lasts for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. The length of the wall is determined by total number of stacks used. Cooldown: 28 Junk Cost: 20 stacks minimum. Range: 600. Duration: 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 Length: 100 at 20-40, 200 at 40-80, 400 at 80-120, 800 at 120+.
W: "Shakedown" Diesel shakesdown the target, dealing 20/30/40/50/80(+80% AD) +20% of his current stacks as physical damage, slowing them for 10/20/30/40/50%(+10% of current Junk) for 1/1.4/1.6//1.8/2 seconds and looting stacks from them. Diesel gains 5/8/10/12/15 stacks from minions and monsters, 15/20/35/40/50 stacks from champions. Junk Cost: Free Cooldown:28
E: "Biodegrade" Diesel infects the target enemy with hazardous trash, dealing 6/12/18/24/30 magic damage (+60% AP) each second. Mordecai does not gain any Junk Stacks while this is active, and the effect ends if he runs out of Junk or if he casts it again. Junk Cost: 20/18/16/14/12 Junk per second Cooldown: 40/35/30/28/26 Maximum Duration: 6 seconds
R: "One Man's Trash/Another Man's Treasure" Diesel uses up all his Junk stacks, gaining +30%/+40%/+50% movement speed and +20%/+30%/+40% Attack Speed, creating a huge tornado of trash around him that blinds enemies within 200 range and limiting vision of all enemies within the tornado. Enemies in the tornado are damaged for 20/30/40 (+80% AP) (+20% of total Junk used) magic damage per second and are slowed by 10%/15%/20%. Diesel can cast this again to end the Tornado, gaining Junk Stacks back equal to 60% of Junk used -25 for each second the Tornado lasted. Cooldown: 75/65/55 Range: 700 Junk Cost: 50 Junk minimum. Duration: 4 seconds minimum + 1 second for every 50 Junk (Max 12 seconds)
