Ssw-Talon cosplay advice

Hey, first of all I hope you can help me and I posted this in the correct section.

I have planned to go to the worlds final at 31.10.15 in Berlin :3 and want to surprise my friends with a nice cosplay of my favourite champion with the cool Ssw skin.

However I have never done something like that and it would be nice if you help me with that costume because I want it to be really authentic.

I hope you have advice or tips for me on how to start, what I will meed and how I can get or craft that.
