Passive: Creeping Death: As Sion chases down an enemy champion, the closer he gets, the slower they become. Over a course of 5 seconds, an enemy champion is slowed the closer they are to sion. At 1200 range: slow for 5/10/15% At 600 range: slow for 10/20/30% At 300 range: slow for 15/30/45% cooldown: 75 seconds at all levels

Q: Cold Embrace: Sion sends a hand through the ground displacing champions caught in its line of travel. At the end of the trail, the hand will erupt from the ground stunning (grabbing) anyone caught for 1.5 seconds. Cold Embrace deals 45/90/135/180/225 (+.75 bonus attack damage). W: Maim: passive - On each consecutive basic attack on an enemy, sion gains a maim stack increasing his damage with each strike. E: Life Reap: Sion swings his axe in an arc dealing damage to all enemies caught in the arc and healing himself for a percentage of the damage dealt. When activated, sion winds up for .75 seconds before he swings. He swings from left to right, in a 180 degree arc. 200 range 70/140/210/280/350 (+.8 attack damage) physical damage. Heals for 25% of the damage dealt. Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds 55/60/65/70/75 mana cost

R: Trepidation: With a duration of 3 seconds, sion seeps into the ground then emerges at a target location after a delay of 1.5 seconds fearing and damaging all caught around him. 200/400/600 (+25/50/75 damage per champion feared) magic damage. Fear lasts 1 second at all ranks 120/100/80 second cooldown. 120 mana cost

The passive is too strong, Q doesn't make sense, W looks ok but doesn't really fit Sions character , E I like it, R needs range.

I imagined this with the current Sion in-game model and it was creeepy as hell ._.
I mean like ... a hand ?! What hand ?! Who's hand ? Where did it come from ? How can it travel underground ? Does it have a body somewhere ?

And then he 'seeps' into the ground ... the hell. I mean like, you're fighting Sion, and you're losing. Then you run away and suddenly you see him slowly 'seeping' into the ground like the terminator into lave. And you just know somewhere there's that 'dun dun duuuuuuunnnn' music playing. You just know it !
tl;dr don't think it really befits Sion ...
