Riot, for clarity, please implement the optional dialogue bubbles

well cooperation between the team members. This is also used in many different other MOBAs besides from League of Legends. I strongly think that League should have it as well.

You guys can make this optional. If certain people don't want it, they can simply turn it off in the menu. It's a win-win for all.
