Same thing here. I tried making a custom game to learn the new jungle changes, only to find smite and teleport unavailable. wat.

All queues are closed and that is simply the message they are giving because they probably haven't had time to set up a proper one. Riot is having issues and they are working to fix it, as is outlined in the red warning shown on the upper left of that screenshot there.

Apparently its if you create a custom game but then again what do i know its happened to me as well ;_; rito help us

LOL Its because matchmaking is down ATM it will be up soon and those will be reunlocked.

Queues are back up, and I can enter any mode, but my summoner spells are not back in custom matches. Team builder works fine. Not sure what the deal is, but it makes testing the new jungle in a custom game impossible (no smite).

Having the same problem! :(

I, for one, was happy that people were crowding to customs because that means I can practice PvP without gaining XP. Most of them were higher levels as well, so I learned a bit more playing with them.
