MASTER HEX THE ELEMENTAL GOD Master Hex is a Yordle/human who was turned to a human look from his sansei so he could become a god.

Moves

Passive-Element of Speed Going to stacks of 6 his movement speed increases by 3 and attack speed gains by 10%. Gaining it for each bit of movement,upon taking damage by a champion hit it reduces his stacks by 2.

Active Q.- Way of the Ninja cooldown- 60/50/40/30/20 energy- 50 When activated Hex goes invisible for 10/12/14/16/18 seconds and still is mobile and is able to attack,but when he makes an attack he becomes visible to only turrets and visible wards. Passive- When Master Hex stands still for 2 second he turns invisible and heals 3/6/9/12/15 Health every 2 seconds.

W. Active- Lightning Blast cool down- 35/45/55/65/75 energy-75 Teleports Hex to a opposing unit, and lighting charges up, cause the next hit will deal 125(+X) magic damage. If he does not attack within 5 seconds Hex puts away his sword sending his moves to a 4 second cool down. When he attacks it shoots the enemy back. Also his Passive is put to a 30 second cool down. By leveling up his range goes up and same with the knock back.

E. Active- Earth Strike cool down-45/50/55/60/65 energy-100 Hex smashes the sword on the ground sending a line of rocks forward gaining damage and width, Sending enemy units airborn.

R. Active- Elements collide cool down-90/95/100 energy-150 4 hits on a enemy stuns them, 3 hits causes an after effect. When Hex kills a champion all moves but ult gets a 15 second cool down reset.

From what I understand this is very unbalanced.
