With a cooldown of 5 on GP's Parrley50/55/60/65/70 the mana cost should be less just look at Karthus his lay waste cooldown is at 1s and cost 20/26/32/38/44 mana and GP's Remove Scurvy being at 65 I just never have the mana to use it when I need it the most if the cost was lowered it would be more helpful.
