Corki Riot Skin

We all know that Corki hasn't gotten a skin in some time now, so I thought of a sick new idea for the next skin. I thought that Riot could make a skin of Corki in a cop-like helicopter with Riot Symbols on the sides of it. The helicopter would look like a police copter. I am not a good artist so i would love to see someone sketch it up and show it.

For Abilities-

Q- Flare/Tear gas (some what like Graves W)

W- Some sort of flare, tear gas, or smoke would suffice

E- Glitters or red, white, and blue to resemble a Cop's Siren

R- Open for suggestions, don't know what can fit in here. Just use regular Corki Rockets?
