Player reporting from Friend List

Earlier this week, I got a friend request from a summoner I didn't quite recognize. I figured it was someone I'd played with recently and forgotten, but as soon as I accepted, they sent me a message advertising for lol-academy.net and then popped offline. Since then, they've come online a handful of times, stayed on just long enough to resend the message, and then disappeared.

It's the first time I've encountered a bot like this, but after a conversation with Blackfly (from Player Support), I discovered that there's a growing problem with bots and solicitors. As things stand right now, I don't know of a convenient way to report players like this, so here's my suggestion: add a reporting option to the right-click menu on the Friend List.

This report wouldn't have much overlap with the offenses listed in the End-of-Game reporting screen, it would be specifically for out-of-game things. Soliciting, offensive name, cyberbullying, etc. It would be easy enough to weed out the false positives generated by trolls, and having an expedited option to report spammers would likely discourage them. Since it wouldn't be related to gameplay, it wouldn't necessarily need to involve the Tribunal, but that certainly couldn't hurt.
