Just a quick video i cooked up to show of the "Tip the cow" technique that make Kalista and Alistar one of the best combo's in game!

Kalistar duo Not bad
My friend and I use Leo and Kali, that's op as well
I've been using a Maokai/Kali combo for similar effect, landing, knock up Q, W onto the carry and hopefully slipping your ult in there somewhere. It's great because you both have relatively low c/d on ultimates so it comes up a fair bit.
