Description:

Blast is about 5'10" with short brown hair with a red streak and brown eyes. He wears a camouflage tee shirt, a camouflage baseball cap, and blue jeans. On his hip is a holster holding a pistol that fires phosphorous bullets when he uses it. His right arm is a cannon arm that is his main weapon and the only part of him always transformed in battle. On the inside of his left forearm he has a tattoo of his cannon arm that glows red when he uses his abilities. His transformation causes both his arms to turn into cannon arms, he grows to 7 feet, and his head sets fire. (Think of the Pokémon Magmorter without the extra weight or ridiculous lips.)

Passive:Burning Shots:

Blasts deals 5% of his total AD as bonus magic damage per second for 6 second after an enemy is hit with an ability. If one of Blast’s abilities hits the burning enemy, the ability gains an extra effect.

Specific Details: Gives all of Blast’s abilities a little extra damage and allows Blast to combo his abilities for increased damage.

Q: Blazing Shot:

Blast fires a special shot from his arm dealing 40/70/100/130/160 (+60% total AD) physical damage to target enemy, this shot explodes if it kills the target dealing 50% of the damage to all surrounding targets applying Burning Shots to those in the explosion.

Extra Effect: Enemies that are burning have the explosion happen whether or not the enemy dies.

  • Cooldown: 9 seconds
  • Range: 600
  • AOE: 350

Specific Details: Blast’s main farming and poke tool, honestly depends on how you use it in combat. It is more useful for last hitting though because of its special effects.

W: Blaze-Thrower:

Blaze sprays a cone of fire that deals 100/160/240/300/360 (+50% bonus AD)(+40% AP) physical damage over 3 seconds (damage is done every second). During this time his time basic attacks do 25% less damage but apply Burning Shots on hit.

Extra Effect: Enemies who are burning at the beginning of the cast take 25% damage for the duration. It slows all enemies that are burning as soon as they start burning by 15%/20%/25%/30%/35% for 1.5 seconds (reapplied with every damage tick).

  • Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds
  • Range: 500
  • Cone Radius: 90 degrees

Specific Details: Blast’s main source of wave clear and anti-dive during the game. It gets more effective late game and makes him a bruiserier ADC in this case, kind of like Graves since he needs to be at semi-close range to do this. (Yes, I did make bruiserier up). For his basic attacks during this he uses his phosphorous bullet side pistol, it’s on his hip when not in use.

E: Blast Rush:

Blast fires a massive blast of fire in target direction that propels him in the opposite direction and deals 50/70/90/110/130 (+35% total AD)(+25% AP) magic damage to all enemies in a cone. The cone is the source of the knockback so Blast travels away from the cone.

Extra Effect: Any burning enemies caught in the cone blast are stunned for 1.5 seconds.

  • Cooldown: 7 seconds.
  • Cone Range: 700
  • Cone Radius: 75 degrees
  • Knockback Range: 550

Specific Details: Blast’s movement and disengage spell for team fighting. The side effect can help you escape easier if you time it correctly. This should allow you to jump most walls in the game but that is left to be tested in the game itself.

R: Blazing Barrage:

Blast transforms and then channels for 10 seconds and fires down on a target area dealing 500/750/1000 (+70% total AD)(+25% AP) physical damage over those 10 seconds and laying a field of fire that does 25% of Blast’s total AD as magic damage per second. The field of fire sticks around of 3 seconds after the ultimate has ended. The area of the ultimate is marked 1.5 seconds before damage starts occurring.

Extra Effect: Deals 10% of Blast’s bonus AD as an extra true damage burn that lasts for 3 seconds(3.33% bonus AD per second) on any burning enemies. Applies only once.

  • Cooldown: 200/175/150 seconds
  • Range: 6000
  • AOE: 1500

Specific Details: Blast’s ultimate, a massive barrage of damage on a large target area. The massive AOE area is probably one of the largest zones in the game and does an extreme damage, but at the cost of being on the longest channels in the game and can be interrupted, severely reducing the damage.

Alt. Skin: Full Metal Blast (He’s covered in full body armor like Full Metal Jayce. His right arm has a huge cannon on it and this cannon duplicates on the left arm for the Ultimate) or Mafia Blast (Based off of the ever popular Mafia skins for various ADC’s, he maintains his cannon arms but he now wears a red suit, red fedora and black pants with fire tipped bottoms, in the splash art you can see an explosion with Mafia Graves standing next to it).

Basic Backstory

Blast is one of the Founding members of the Sentinel Squad and the one of the team top shots (the other being Longshot). He grew up helping his father run the family owned shooting range where he learned and then sharpened his skills with a gun. After getting his powers he quickly learned how to transform only his shooting arm so he could practice without becoming seven feet tall. He spends a lot of his spare time with his girlfriend Solar or at the shooting range where he has surpassed even Caitlyn and has become rivals with many of the ADC’s.

“So what if I’m out doing them on the shooting range and the battlefield, whatever, it’s not like they can touch me now, especially when I got you as back up, sweetheart.” –Blast to Solar on their stellar performances as an ADC support duo.
