Custom Interface for League of Legends (Community Idea for Riot)

I believe Riot should add an option to allow players to edit their interface within the game. I've been wanting this for many years and think that Riot should definitely incorporate this into their game.

Some ideas are:

1. Allowing players to move interface components (the map, ability bar, item bar, etc.)
2. Allowing players to make appearance changes (changing the textures or colors, adding an image, etc.)

These are the only concepts I believe Riot actually could implement into the game without giving anyone an advantage based on their layout. I encourage them to take this idea into consideration and I encourage the community to add more ideas to this post!
