Login Cuztomization

I have been thinking about this for quite a while now, but i was thinking that R!OT should add a Login customization feature where you are able to switch the animation to a older one and/or be given the option to create your own custom animation for the Login Screen. SIDE NOTE The Customization is only visible to your computer.
