Change the login animation?

Ok so i remember a while back from when around the time the a bit before the first project skins were released i saw a board (i cant remember where its located now) where you're able to change the login animation for when you log in. I remember too that it was downloadable and i was able to change the login to anything i wanted (Ex: the harrowing login screen) (i cant remember the name of said application.) And i would greatly appreciate if someone could give me the link to it.
