Thinking of writing a lore-based novel for NaNoWriMo. What character or place should I write about?

Hi all. Since August I've been working on a League-inspired fan fiction called The Grimoires (www.thegrimoires.com). I'm thinking about taking a break from the main storyline to write a rough draft novel for National Novel Writing Month, which starts in November.

If you were going to read a League of Legends novel, what content or characters would you want to see explored in more depth? Anything is fair game.
