New Champion Idea: Jaden, the Non-Existent

Physical Description:

Tall, lean, male with long dark hair. Wears a long black hooded assassin robe. Wields a tomahawk.

Lore:

No one knows where Jaden came from. Some say he came from Zaun, others say he is a creation of the Void, but no one is absolutely positive of his origins. He has no family, few friends, and many enemies. He has never uttered a word to anyone in the League of Legends, and most people would rather it stay that way, as many people are fearful of him.
Jaden uses trickery, deceit, and stealth to lay waste to opponents on the battlefield. Armed with his trusty tomahawk, Jaden is a suitable match for any foe he encounters.
Some people doubt if he is even real. The first time anyone reported sighting Jaden is many years before he joined the League. Quinn of Demacia once reported seeing him take out a gang of bandits in a couple of seconds and then disappearing into the shadows. She sent out her trusty bird Valor to look for him, with no luck. Quinn wondered if what she saw was even real. Other people from all around Runeterra reported similar incidents, but no one could trace this man down. People soon started calling him "The Non-Existent".

Abilities:

Passive: Into the Shadows

When below 10 percent health, Jaden becomes stealthed and becomes unstealthed if he attacks an enemy or an enemy attacks him, or after 5 seconds. (120 second cool down).

Q- Deception

Jaden disappears in a puff of black smoke and becomes stealthed for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds or until he casts another ability.

W-Scintillate

Jaden teleports to a target location within a certain range. However, a mirror image of Jaden is created at his original location and lasts for 0.5/1/1.25/1.5/2 and his true location is stealthed for the same duration.

E-Cleave

Jaden throws his tomahawk straight ahead and damages the first enemy it hits dealing 90/120/150/180/210 (+50% Attack Damage) physical damage and stunning the target for 0.5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds. Enemies nearby take 20/25/30/40/50% damage and are not stunned.

R-Assassinate

Upon activation, Jaden becomes stealthed for 3/4/5 seconds. If reactivated a second time in that duration, Jaden leaps toward target enemy champion and strikes them with his tomahawk, dealing 300/400/500 (+40% Attack Damage) physical damage. If this ability kills his target, he becomes stealthed for 1/2/3 seconds.
